Another Package Arrived and HalloSAL

Well, I got word today that Ellen’s package arrived. I am so grateful that P2171823my stitching is being enjoyed by others. Here is a snap of what I sent to her:


I also completed part 4 of the HalloSAL that I am involved in. This is turning out to be a very interesting piece. I can’t wait to have it finished! I am thinking that this will be a framed piece in the end. Here are a couple of pictures:

In the close-up of the latest part, I think it looks really cool looking at it from an angle. It makes it appear to be looking up toward the haunted house. Notice the trees, too. Don’t they just sing Dr. Seuss??! What a clever design! Two more parts to go…

It's My Turn!!!

Edited Date to keep on top! Well, I have completed my list of what I want to stitch from my books and magazines and found that there are four (4) magazines that I have no reason to keep. Memorial Day~~~Giveaway

 Well, I promised another giveaway, something of the patriotic sort, and decided that Memorial Day would be the date! Now for the giveaway part: it will be a SURPRISE!!!  :D To start things off, I want to pay tribute to the veterans and currently serving members of our Armed Forces: Army, Navy, Air Force (formerly Army Air Corps), Marines, and Coast Guard.
