Email issue

Hey all!

If you received a weird email from me over the last day or so, it was not me. Someone hacked or phished my email. I noticed last night this weird activity when I had many, MANY "mailer demons". I ran a thorough scan on my pc overnight and no viruses were detected, so hopefully it is an isolated incident.

I am truly sorry for this and will always put something in the subject line (that makes sense) so you know it is me.

May WIPocalypse check-in and a Giveaway

Well, it’s almost here! I am almost 40!! Why do I sound so happy about it you might be wondering. Most people get to this age and act as though their world is coming to an end. I choose to look at it in a positive way: I am STILL ALIVE!!! I know HE has a plan for me and my life. I am thankful everyday that I wake up. I am also thankful for my stitchy friends here in bloggy-land. Just because we don’t know one another on a personal level doesn’t mean we don’t know one another, right?! Holi-versary Giveaway!

On October 1, 2008 I decided to jump on the blog bandwagon! I really didn’t think it would last this long. Nor did I think I would make friends through this avenue. But it has and I did! I have been busy trying to settle into my new life as an independent woman and missed my blogoversary this year. For those of you who don’t know, my father passed away in September after a battle with cancer. Thus gaining my “independence”.
