Toby – Tuesday’s Show & Tail

I have always been a cat owner, but once in a while there was a dog in my life. This little fella came to live with me and my younger brother when we went to visit our dad in Wyoming. One of his friends gave us the dog and we brought him home to Michigan with us at the end of the summer – and BOY was our mom surprised, LOL. While we didn’t have him long (he was killed by a an idiot and his car that winter) he was a pleasure to have and very loved!

If I were ever to get another dog (and I hope someday I will), I would want another dog like Toby (or Jasmine – who will be introduced in a later post)!

Holi-versary Giveaway!

It's My Turn!!!

Edited Date to keep on top! Well, I have completed my list of what I want to stitch from my books and magazines and found that there are four (4) magazines that I have no reason to keep. Memorial Day~~~Giveaway

 Well, I promised another giveaway, something of the patriotic sort, and decided that Memorial Day would be the date! Now for the giveaway part: it will be a SURPRISE!!!  :D To start things off, I want to pay tribute to the veterans and currently serving members of our Armed Forces: Army, Navy, Air Force (formerly Army Air Corps), Marines, and Coast Guard. Yes, the Coast Guard is part of our defense system and even served during WWII in an active capacity. I visited one such ship in Key West last summer. ***** What is a Vet? Some Veterans bear visible signs of their service: a missing limb, a jagged scar, a certain look in the eye.
