A Little Pick Me Up for a dear friend

I mentioned a small piece I stitched in a previous post that I sent to a good friend of mine up north. Well, she received it today.

 Here is what I stitched:


 And here is a pic of it at her home in Pennsylvania:




She's been having a rough year health-wise (I think we all have for some reason), so I decided to stitch her this cute little pumpkin and send it her way!

It's My Turn!!!

Edited Date to keep on top! Well, I have completed my list of what I want to stitch from my books and magazines and found that there are four (4) magazines that I have no reason to keep. Memorial Day~~~Giveaway

 Well, I promised another giveaway, something of the patriotic sort, and decided that Memorial Day would be the date! Now for the giveaway part: it will be a SURPRISE!!!  :D To start things off, I want to pay tribute to the veterans and currently serving members of our Armed Forces: Army, Navy, Air Force (formerly Army Air Corps), Marines, and Coast Guard.
