Wow, It's Been a Year!

Where has the time gone? I can't believe I haven't posted in a year. I used to post on here regularly. I know life gets busy, but this was a joy for me.

So, here we are a year later and they are still trying to put Trump in jail. They are trying to use the 14th Amendment against him. They are trying to create even more chaos than there already is in this country. They even tried to kill him recently! I am so over it all and can't wait for him to be in Office again! For those of you who are not familiar with the 14th Amendment, specifically section 3, let me explain.

Section 3 states:

"Section 3.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

Those who are trying to use this against him and claiming he is not eligible do not understand a couple of things. First and foremost, understand the meaning of insurrection or rebellion. Neither happened on January 6, 2021 (I can't believe we are still mulling that one over). The government was not taken over completely by any group that day. It was simply stalled while some "bad actors" interrupted the proceedings. Second, a Presidential nominee is NOT an elector. An elector is one of the 500-plus delegates who actually vote in the Electoral College chosen by the people of each state during the General Election. If you read the section carefully, President and Vice-President positions are not part of this process in that they are not even an official of the US or any State.

Now, I am not a Constitutional scholar but I have done enough research on this to know what it is speaking to.  President Trump can be elected into office in November, sworn into office in January, and serve as our President EVEN WHILE IN A JAIL CELL. 

One representative recently stated in an interview the intention of our current congress to go so far as start a civil war if Trump is elected in November. To that I say, Bring It! The problem is, I don't believe the demonrats have the nerve to rise up and defend their side the way the patriots will. 

This is what a tyrranical government looks like. The one we are currently living under.
